Dotty Hippo is a family business based in North Yorkshire.  We started our business after looking for products for our children on the internet.  We were hoping for something different from the tv themed products available on the high street (we've already got our fair share of In the Night Garden cuddlies!).  We found lots and lots of websites selling baby products, but relatively few that catered for children above toddler age.

We hope our ranges will make it a little easier for you to purchase products for children from toddler age and upwards.  We have ranges to suit boys and girls of all ages and our themes are ones your children are likely to grow out of a little less quickly.

We have 3 children aged 3 to 24 (we recommend a 10 year gap as ideal!) and we are happy to share our experiences of what has worked and what hasn't when buying for our own children.
